what is PPC?

I hear this term alot, i assume its an affiliation program or some sort?

Can someone please give me examples and tell me how to go on about being affiliated with a "PPC"?

PPC means "pay per click" i.e. Google's Adsense program, where YOU, the affiliate, gets paid every time someone clicks on Google's ads, which you show on your site. If no one clicks, you get paid nothing. That's all PPC means.

It's a little more accurate to say that PPC refers to the advertiser. If someone clicks the ad, the advertiser pays. There are many PPC engines but not all of them have a program like AdSense.
