Question about multiple affiliate accounts on one site

This is probably a really basic question so apologies in advance!

Is there a simple way of tracking multiple affiliate accounts from different pages in a web site?

As an example:

Suppose I set up a web site and a couple of friends and I write tutorials on using various computer programmes. Each of us will have adsense / affiliate links on our own pages and we want to make sure that the correct person earns if the ad is clicked on.

For 3 people that is easy - it can be done with 3 accounts if needed but what if it was 100 people or 1000 people? I assume there is an easy way to track back to ensure the correct person gets paid?

Just include a different tracking string on the end of each link, just as you suggested you did with the 3 accounts.
