Best affiliate management company?

I'm new so any feeback on what to look for is welcome

I am just starting to looking into hiring an affiliate management company for my site. We sell hosted phones solutions including virtual PBX and internet fax services. Does anyone have any feedback/suggestions as to what questions I should be asking when contacting aff. management companies? Which ones would you recommend?
I'm fairly new to all this and need some guidance.

Well i'm also new to this stuff but i had been reading alot while searching for affiliate networks. I've come across Comission Junction aka CJ, Trade doubler and DGM. They have got different programs which ever suits your need. Now you'll have to ask them to send you an approximate charge of a certain type priogram you prefer i.e i enquired about one at CJ:

The first year cost to join our network with CJ Access is £7,100:

Setup and integration cost: £1,500
Monthly Minimum Fees: Paid in advance £3,600 (£300 x 12)
Refundable Deposit: £2,000
Network Override: 30%
