I am looking to purchase some bid management software for my PPC accounts. I want to manage Google Adwords, Overture, Searchfeed, Adhereus and Espotting.

Can anybody give me suggestions as to the best product to buy?

thanks in advance!

Keep calm. There are a few peculiarities, you may want to consider:

a) Timezones
Your topic is highly specialized. The US-guys are way ahead on us Europeans when it comes to PPC. However, their early risers are probably just showering by now. If you want to bring up a topic where you think you will gte much feedback from the US, post it towards the late afternoon in Europe.

b) TOS
The "Terms Of Service" forbid the positing of URL's and the appraisal of certain products. You won't run into trouble appraising Adobe Photoshop and posting the url to www.adobe.com, but the more special it gets on SEO- and related tools, the more cautious you want to be. Your question is extremely prone to get a raised eyebrow when products are appraised or url's are posted. So some readers may be reluctant.

c) Community vs. Service
WebmasterWorld is a community. It is not a paid "helpdesk service". If you have a problem, need advice, or ask for a recommendation, then WW is surely a good place to go. But don't expect service like you might encounter it from somebody you pay to provide service. You are NOT a customer here!

Regarding your question:

The automation of ads appearing or disappearing dependant of the time of the day, or of CPC depending of time of the day, was discussed several times here. I only quickly scanned these threads, and to me, the bottom line read "There's nothing but doing it manually".

Maybe you write a bit more of WHAT you want to achieve or WHAT you expect from an automated tool?

As a sidenot: Google has just now released its Adwords API (programmers interface). I expect to see a couple of tools becoming available based on that API within the next couple of months. Since Google's AdWords response times are almost immediatly, I expect these tools to feature mainly on scheduling issues (i.e. raising CPC during "prime time").

Hope that helps.
