USA Affiliate Networks?

I've been searching through this forum, but all I keep coming across are affiliate networks from the UK (affiliate future, affiliate window, cj, etc...).

I'm trying to find some affiliate networks based out of the USA; does anybody know of any?

CJ is US-based (Santa Barbara, CA).
Also- LinkShare and Google Affiliate Network (formerly ConnectComemrce). You can also Google "USA affiliate networks" for all kinds of sites.
