CJ transaction credit went to another publisher

Anyone have problems with Commission Junction transaction reporting? I clicked a link on my site and made a purchase for myself and my account was credited with the commission from CJ. I then returned the item and the commission was reversed, also correctly.

I then ordered the item in another size using the advertisers return/exchange form but CJ didn't pick up the second purchase.

The advertiser says CJ credited another publisher for the second transaction.

Although I do fairly high volume with this particular advertiser, this was one of the few transactions I was able to monitor and now I'm wondering how often someone else gets credit for my sales.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I'm also trying to determine if the oversight is on the advertisers part or on the CJ side. Any clues?
