Testing localized ads in different geolocations

Hi

Does anyone know of a service that allows one to test what a banner ad that is set to serve to a particular geo-location. For example I would like to preview my site as it appears to visitors in the USA and then do the same for visitors viewing from France.

I know google have such a tool, but for adwords ads however I want to test it with my own customers adverts. The kind of thing I'm after is like the excellent browsershots.org service that delivers shots of your web page in different resolutions and browsers.

How about viewing your ads through foreign proxies?

That is a good idea and in fact I have been using OpenVPN to view US ads.

Does anyone know of any other proxy servers that could be publicly used in other countries e.g. France, Italy, Spain etc.
