each website where you'd want to advertise should have its own ad specs and submission guidelines. you should look for any links that say "advertise" and follow the instructions.

2.register as an affiliate.
Generally speaking, you need fill a form.
3.active your account and entering the affiliate system to choose banners or text or links.
4.copy the codes or links, then paste on your site.
5.pay attention to the statistic data and get your money.
