Contentlink versus IntelliTXT

Has anyone used in-text advertising for their websites. I have a health related website that caters majorly to the American audience where I am planning to use in-text advertising.

Any idea on which is a better option here - Kontera's Contentlink or VibrantMedia's IntelliTXT.

Please advise on which will pay better.

Also please suggest how does Adbrite Inline advertising work against the above two alternatives..
