Valueclick stats not updating

no answer from Valueclick about stats issue

I'm seeing a serious problem with Valueclick stats. They stopped updating on Nov 7, then played a bit of catch up on Nov 8, but impressions, clicks and money is waaay down.

So far, nothing reported for Nov 9. I've emailed support, but so far no reply.

This is my very busy season - expecting over 3 million page views this month. This is costing me a lot! Any one else having a problem?

Seems to be an ongoing issue with this company.

Same here. The stats seem to get sorted out eventually, but it makes you wonder what is going on.

Kimbia, thanks for the response. I am somewhat relieved to know it's not just me. Yesterday, my web host crashed part of my adserving DB and they fixed it this morning, about the same time VC went dead, so I was wondering if my hosting co. did something weird. I guess not, and that's good.

Good to know there are other VC users out there. I like the service, but the stats server going down all the time is kind of annoying. They either need better software or a more alert admin. Maybe both.

Sorry I misspelled your name, Kimkia. I just checked my stats and they are showing a huge spike at Noon, then back to normal by 1:00. But I've already surpassed yesterday's stats according to their graph, and yesterday was my best day of the month.

Something seems very out of whack.

Stats out of whack since 2:00 am yesterday (Saturday). No update in over a day. This happens so frequently that they should be doing something about it.

I emailed last time- just over a week ago - and never received a reply. VC has been good to me. I would hate to have to switch, but I wonder if the top brass is even aware of these issues.

The stats will update eventually, I guess, but it continues ot be annoying. Also, not answering emails is very poor performance.

been a member for years and all those years this update glitch has happend every month, also Im now kicked be cause they found a image, which btw was not uploaded by me, a little baywatch style, that was to much for there eyes and canceled the account no warning, nothing, so be aware, even if you have worked with them for years you can get kicked.
