Ad Serving Network and Offline Ads

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a good ad serving network, that DoubleClick used to do. I am looking for the ability to tap into a network to sell their unsold ads across both an online application, and an offline application.

So for example, if I have 1 million impressions unsold on my site, and I want to fill them in, I want to contact this ad serving network through an API to fill it. I contacted DoubleClick and they told me to try "Max Worldwide", but their site seems to have gone away.

Also, I could use google adsense, but adsense doesn't allow offline ads.
