recommend impression ads for non-english website?

I'd like to try some pay-per-impression ads for my non-english website. I've checked many networks but most of them doesn't accept non-english content. The rest pays as low as 0.05 per 1000 impressions with popups that most people today tend to block them.

So i'm wondering if there's any suitable program? Thanks a lot.

Is there nothing in your native language? Have you tried contextual advertising or perhaps some affiliate programs that compliment your site's content?
