What is good package to build an affiliate site, what do you use?

Hi I am webmaster with little affiliate site design experience. I don't want to create a powerful PHP driven site from scratch and I was wondering if there is something that you can get off the shelf?

i.e? A decent content management system that allows you to add banners, deals, and manage your links.

I don't want anything too expensive and free would be great. Something that will get me started and has plenty of room for expansion.

Maybe built in forums and and reveiw section.

Any cms system would work. I think a lot of affiliates use wordpress from what I've seen. Personally I hire people to design sites as you can get some great designers working for you at a reasonable price.
