The type of ebooks nonwithstanding, there's always the option of printing out the ebook and putting it in a binder. I've done that a handful of times.
For all the time I spend in front of the computer, yeah, reading a pdf file isn't one of the most preferable activities.

Yeah but counting the cost of ink and paper, that's more expensive than buying the actual book. :?
1) You are the author of the ebook and it is full of valuable information (one of the methods I am using)
2) You have a large list of readers/subscribers to your newsletter or website and you have some reputation so that if you recommend the book, they will purchase it.
