Are there any products that pays instant commissions & handles all chargebacks & taxes, on the frontend or backend.
I'm not setup as a business to make sales & collect taxes. I know most won't because of chargebacks, but there should be some paying instantly on the backend or the (OTO) one time offer page.

If there was, the payout would have to be so low to cover the 99.99999 percent fraud. That or maybe a company from a country where they announce you have won 23 million dollars and they promise to pay you :).
