Getting many offers for buying textlinks on my site - Are they spam

Of late, I am getting quite a few (3-4 on a daily basis) offers asking for text links on my sites. These emails are delivered in Bulk Mail folder of hotmail (means hotmail consider them as spam). I can make out some of these emails as spam as some offer buying text link on virtually insignificant sites belonging to me.

However, when I responded to some of the emails (which I thought could be genuine) I was able to make a deal in 3 - 4 cases. But in all the cases the payment was made to my paypal account using credit card (very prune to charge back / fraud). My sixth sense is telling me there is something fishy about whole affair. But I am not sure.

So, what should I do? Should I respond to such emails and offer them text links? Or I should totally ignore them as spam.

Please advice.

Create one page with moneybookers (no chargeback) payment option to buy links. Whenever you get email asking for textlink, reply it with the URL of the page.
