Russian affiliate networks or PPC

Hello,

is there a affiliate network (like zanox, tradedoubler, ...) for Russia or at least a PPC programm like the one of Kelkoo or buycentral?
All i can find is ozon which looks like a amazon clone for Russia...

As i am sitting here in Germany i wonder why no programm or network can be found and no one knows some :/ That's why i ask you ;-)

I would think many networks would allow Russian traffic. Are you looking for something that is purely in Cyrillic?

exactly i am looking for a PPC network or single program with
-xml product search
-secure payment for the affiliate
if there is a English/French or German translation of the page it will be perfect :-) if not, it will be ok, too...
