New to campaigns, what Affilate network to use

Hi guys.. I have a website that was just completed and I'm examining my options on how I should go about advertising it.

I've thought about PPC, paid traffic, and affiliate advertising and affiliates just seems to make sense -- paying only for a completed lead vs. paying per click on a PPC network for possibly no conversion.

The whole point of the site is to generate a lead which is then converted into a sign up for an online webinar.

My budget isn't huge and this is more of a sales letter site so I'm imagining the big boys like CJ or Linkshare would have nothing to do with me. Is there an affiliate network out there that you guys recommend. Hydra, Affiliate fuel, etc?

Any advice for or against networks would be appreciated. Thanks.
