Best ads with google?

But looking at type of audience....

Two different audiences, two different sites. One audience is family oriented, parent aged folks who might buy something. I was thinking of amazon?

My other audience is mostly teenagers to young adults, more "campy" - they click very little on google ads. (and chitika did nothing for me)

I am looking for some additional ads to put on along with google on the same page. I've been reading through WebmasterWorld and had a few ideas... for the parent/family audience, perhaps amazon.

Especially trying to figure out what might be best for the younger audience - the ones who don't click on google much.

Whatever I pick has to be allowed with google ads. You guys are such experts.. would love the advice!

Yes, whatever you do, don't fall into any illegal traps (in the eyes of google) like adding nice images just above google ads. Remember young audiences like quick answers but they will also listen to audio and watch images they can relate to. Have you tried video ads? Or just adding catchy text in speech bubbles or similar and then placing ads underneath them. As they are contextual the ads could match well enough to generate interest. Just a thought. Always happy to help,

You know, I have tried video ads on my regular site and didn't get much money. But you are right... maybe the younger group would like the google video ads... great idea!
