This question must have been asked here at least 1,000 times already, but I just searched through the site and couldn't find the answer, so here comes # 1,001.

If I refer users to a CJ merchant by means of a link to a landing page exlusively featuring Widget A, the cookie lasts for 45 days, and a few days later (i.e. while the original cookie is still in-force) the user returns to that same merchant and purchases Widget B, a product entirely unrelated to my original link, do I receive a commission for that sale?

You should, unless the cookie gets over-written.

Thanks, Marcia. This must have a significant effect on profitability, i.e. I'm spending X in order to make commissions not only on an initial sale of Widget A, but also on potential follow-on sales of other products.
