Affiliate Programs looking for International Traffic

I'm looking for a list of affiliate ad networks they manage a great deal of international advertisers from UK,CA, Turkey, Brazil India and any other countries outside of the US... Have any ideas?

Zanox has advertisers in many countries, but few per country.

Tradedoubler is strong in UK and several European countries.

CJ has several programs -especially software and hosting- that can be sold in many countries.
