Finding people to run CPA ads

I am in the process of trying to recruit affiliates for my clients campaign. IT seems most of the big ad companies only want to run CPM campaigns or CPL. I need some someone that wants to run Cost per sale ads. Any ideas on some heavy hitters that will accept CPA ads?

You aren't going to get CPA ads unless you have a very proven track record and know what % convert and avergae sale etc. as well as offering them a large percentage (higher than any of your competitors or you must convert a lot better).

I know MSN and Yahoo will take CPM if you can show you convert and spend a lot of money.

If you are not looking to spen over $50K it might be hard to get CPM on "major" sites, but don't let that stop you. There is always a way.
