You could temporarily disable your internet security software (antivirus, blocker plugins, firewalls), just for a moment to check if you can access the site whilst its all off . Windows XP also has a inbuilt firewall apparently although I've never had conflicts with it or needed to seek it out you could investigate that too. If it is one of these only thing I can think of is to try and add it to their safe-lists/trusted lists or reduce the security settings (but be careful with that last one).
If you Google casalemedia you get alot of blurb about spyware etc. so I'm guessing their site has been blacklisted across a lot of security software/hardware etc. I can access the site but alot of areas appear blank.
You might also want to check your 'hosts' file to see if a hijacker has mapped that domain to their own IP address. The hosts file is usually at c:\\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts -- It is a plain-text file with no filetype extension, and can be edited in Notepad or any other plain-text editor.
