Ads on my site - looking for good php module

I want to run text and image banner ads on my site. I want to be able to track impressions and click throughs (and conversion if that is even possible). Anyone know of anything? I am new to internet advertising and so I don't know if I am even asking the right questions...

Try openads - search for it. Alternatively look at the ad serving section of hotscripts - again do a web search for it.

Yeah I had come across openx (which is latest openads) but wasn't sure if that was good fit. Seems quite sophisticated for my simple needs but then again it is good to have expandability to more complex campaigns I suppose.
