I'm currently using CPX Interactive for displaying popup advertising. At the moment I'm earning around $0.28 CPM and I was wondering if there was a better agency?

Also the agency must have a Paypal payout option.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that the type of site is a gaming forum.

0.28 for pops? Why would you use them? I can understand banners, maybe.. But pops. Try Value Click Media.

Sorry to bump up an old topic. I've tried lodging an application for Casale Media and Value Click although they don't like forum based websites. The CPM on CPX is getting even lower, does anyone have any suggestions? They must payout by Paypal since I live in Australia and the fees for processing an international check is basically half of the entire check.
