I've scouted around to find the best way to go about posting an ad for my website but ran into inexperience such as how to categorize and the location issue. Anybody here have any experience using Craigslist?
If you'll read the terms at craigslist you'll find that commercial ads are prohibited except for the "Services" category or whatever it's called.
Some people manage to use craigslist for business purposes by being very discreet.
The bottom line is if you violate the rules your listing is subject to being flagged and deleted at any time.
I've even found that if you don't violate the rules your listing is subject to being flagged and deleted at any time. :)
