Can someone point me where to look for the highest pay-per-lead offers that would appeal to a fairly general audience?
Things with fairly general appeal, like insurance, losing weight, I don't know. (or any specific offers...)
I'm not sure what affiliate networks handle those, etc., any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

YOu can check some of the affiliate networks for this, or you could do a search ( using your example) "life insurance affiliate program" and see what you can find. There should be plenty out there for you.
