CJ commissions reduced- last month was $99 now suddenly it says $90

why me?

hey

i just checked on cj, my commissions from $99 to $90. I wrote to cj 2 times before, they never respond.

PLease advice as to why sth like this might happen and what to do next.

Remember that just becuase a commission shows in the report, it's not set in stone until the transaction is actually locked.

If you look at the details report for your commissions, you should be able to tell what happened. Most likely a previous sale was cancelled, either because the user cancelled the sale or it turned out to be fraudulant. You may have better luck contacting the individual merchant to ask why the comission was backed out.

In my experience , so far, cj always respond, it might take up to a week depending on the problem,

in my opinion... $9 is not really worth the time... specially your time... if you are doing $9900 and $900 was missing then maybe its worth sometime investigating.
