I had a good conversion between 20 days period, around Oct 21 - Nov 10, 2007 and then my sales disappeared without reasons. I have a lot more visitors and CTR due to ranked higher in current targeted keywords and more keywords but got no sales, that's strange.
I did send email to product affiliate manager asked him regard to sales tracking accuracy and he told me confirmed that CJ and product tracking is reliable and accuracy, then I got one sale same day he replied my email. That's weird, why I have no sales until he replied my message and then no more sales until today.
After I had analyzed my stats I have strongly believe that traffics I sent to advertisers must have some converted. In the past old days, I got only 3-10 visitors a day but it converted as regularly, compared to the presents, I got around 20-50 a day from the same and more targeted keywords but got no sales! It seems impossible from my point of view.
I sent email to CJ support 2 days ago and no reply yet. I don't know what to do but I had switched to Shareasale which have same Advertiser and same commissions rate. I want to test if CJ tracking has problem or mine own problem by compared sales between 2 networks. If shareasale produce sales as regularly, I would abandoned from CJ forever. Do anyone here have faced same problem like me in the past? How to get your commission back if the problem come from their tracking?

Also I have seen over the years a new site seems to convert better than when it has been aged and seen by the same people looking for the same product day after day.
An active affiliate manager can work with you, you can try a test purchase to see if it tracks. You could also split your traffic between CJ and SAS. If one tracks better, then go with that. The result of that could be chalked up to chance if it is not a lot of traffic. Keep in mind seasonality too. Flowers convert better at various times of year as do diet programs, home improvement, shoes and boots, gardening supplies and they don't all rise and fall in synch with each other.
