Simple Clickbank question

According to Clickbank's FAQ:

"9. Why haven't I received my check?

ClickBank will withhold the first check to be issued from your account until the payable balance contains sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers, including at least one Visa card, and one MasterCard in order to be eligible to receive a check. PayPal and e-check purchases do not count toward the minimum. It is also required that the check balance reaches the Payment Threshold amount you have chosen in your account. The default Payment Threshold is set to $100, however you can change the Payment Threshold in your account at any time."

my question is: the part where it says "sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers, including at least one Visa card".....does that requirement apply only for the very first check, or for every 2 weeks?
I used to get my checks without problems, but lately I haven't and I've had to request 2 flushes (and my balance is greater than my minimum threshold) and I don't think that sounds right.

The rule only applies to the first payment check. If you have more than one ClickBank account, I believe it applies to each account individually. The rule is there to prevent people from trying to easily beat the system and get a discount on the products.

If I were you, I would log in to my account at ClickBank and be sure you are due a check and that your payout threshold is correctly selected. If you don't see any problems, email ClickBank and explain the problem.

They are reliable. I don't think they have ever missed making a legitimate payment.

Thanks for the tips farmboy.

Well that's where the problem lies....Clickbank is not really helping. I emailed their accounting department and explained everything in detail and even told them that this has happened twice.

Then a lady replied and said "I don't know why it happened. I can flush your account if you want"

Then I replied again and told her that I wanted the flush, and I asked her if she could please forward my issue to the appropriate department, and I also asked if there's any way I could prevent this from happening again, because I thought it's ridiculous to keep asking for a flush every single time, don't you agree?

Then she replied me again and told me that she had put my account in the flushing queue, and that's it; no reply or detailed response at all to my issue, nor did she attempt to help fix the problem (other than the flushing).
