Online Coupons Experience?

Need help finding out how to launch a coupon promotion

How do I find someone who knows a lot about coupons? I have a client that needs us to create a site with a coupon that users will redeem in a supermarket. I certainly don't want to reinvent the wheel on this one.

Any suggestions on how to find the experts in this field (I know you can't post a link but a suggestion on how to Google it would be helpful).

There are many freelance websites where you post your job and people bid on it. elance and rentacoder are just two of many such sites that come to mind right now.

Thanks, that is a good suggestion but I am really trying to find out who the real "experts" are in this space.
