Hi all,
I have my income from USA, I get checks and transfers from USA, The companies from whom I work are in USA. But I'm citizen of one of the Europian Countries and I live in the same country. Have I to pay income tax? If yes, where do I have to pay taxes? If I don't declare how will the government know the origin of my funds?

In advnace Thank you for any comments.

Noximus

P.S. I'm not in UK, Germany, Spain, France or any highly developed countries in Europe.

uhmm .. why not just call your local tax office .. or surf the relevant govt. tax site for your country for info.

Noximus, giving legal advice is not allowed, that's why I'd also suggest you to contact the local authorities or have a look in these threads:

Thanx friends,
Do you have any idea what might happen if I don't declare and the government become aware about my funds?
How do you think?
Have you heard anything about it?

different countries have different laws i am sure for tax evasion .. for some, maybe they'll execute you .. for others, maybe its just a few years jail time ... yet for others, maybe its just a fine. you'll have to do your own research to see the possibilities that will be specific to you.
