That depends on what your site does/offers. There are a billion affiliates out there. Do you want us to just list them all? Tell us what your site does, or what you hope to sell, and then we can give ya a hand.

Maybe Adsense is your best bet. I think they have a program for Chinese language, although I'm not sure. You can check their site to be sure.

If it's B2B you can check out Linkshare or Commission Junction. They both have very good business-oriented affiliates, although, once again, I don't know if they offer Chinese language affiliates.
