hello everyone,

In about two months i am going to move to South Africa, i lived there before so life style is not an issue as i know i like it, however in the last 3 years i built up successful affiliate sites and i wonder what kind of things i have to think about.

So far i made back up of all sorts of passwords and login details, i informed my austrian bank of the change (luckily i can keep my account and credit card as no paypal in south africa and other ecommerce restrictions..

any other things i should think of business wise?

I would appreciate some feedback of people that have moved before and from anyone else of course too...

cheers

One thing that you'll need to think about is your tax status in both countries. Are you liable in both, or just in Austria where you recieve your $$?

Taxation should be the main item to check, e.g. when I left NZ permanently, I had to fill out some form with the Inland Revenue dept that took me off their list. Check with the SA embassy if there are reciprocal arrangements for such things.
