Been associate for years with all countries, can't login anymore, NOBODY reacting. Am I the only one?

The login screen gives me the hint that I am not an associate. Clicking at CONTACT there leads me to the password renewal. This does not work and leads me back to the contact. Circle closes there, I am trapped.

Been locked out for 7 days, NO RESPONSE from amazon, anyone else having similar issues right now?

Great to have partners like that right at the peak of all seasons. This warrents to drop them for good (made six digits sales for them in the years of participation).

Adfree:

I've been able to sign into the associates site just fine, but I did find a hiccup a few days ago. Maybe you need to refresh your page?

Did you clear your cookies and try to login again?

I'd really like to hear a sucess story where someone has taken their Amazon business elsewhere.

9.5+% commission on iPods?

You get 10% from Target from the first sale, unlike Amazon's tier program, where you have to have a direct link and sell 5000+ products to earn the same commission.

Never got Target or Wallmart to convert.

5000+ should not be an issue for someone doing 6+figures a year in sales.

The associates page has been forcing me to log in twice. Strange, but I do get on okay.

I'm being forced to log in twice every day, too. Stupid Amazon.

Cleared the cache, deleted cookies and offline files, temp file storage at zero length, nothing helps, still no response by A.

I don't know what to say. I'm in it right now, of course the stats haven't updated for yesterday. :P

And whoever mentioned iPods: I'm getting GREAT sales on Amazon for them, though right now they dont quite refer for 9% (pretty close though).

EDIT: Just got the update and....wow, sales were good yesterday. Looks like I'm gonna be getting a second christmas on January 30th. :)

Still no response by A. How much do you have to sell for them to be taken serious? I can't get into the go..amn account and send them messages for a week, they just keep ignoring me. Maybe they put my e-mail address into their spam filter.

They have an aws chat today. Join it and try to be nice to them and one of the AWS folks might be able to help you.

NOBODY reacting

Including you.

If you sell so much why don't you have their phone number? It isn't so hard to contact the associates program directly if you need to. YOU have to be the pro-active one not wait for some minimum wage service rep to read your email and send you some canned response. Rememeber the main address gets thousands of emails from twat associates whining about lost orders (of which they probably bought personally) and/or other stupid things. Amazon will treat you right if you are in fact a decent associate. After 7 days and with 6-figure revenue I hardly feel sorry for you because of your total inaction and misuse of channels available to you (e.g. posting on the amazon.com message board is NOT the place to get problems like this resolved) You should know better.

Well, first it's not a 6figure revenue per month. That's what I have sold within the years of participation. Still, I believe that might be enough for them to care.

Second: do YOU have their number? If I had a chance to get it over here in Germany and be able to call, I would have done so in a flash, don't you think? Let me have the number and I will do so.

I don't feel sorry, but I am really p...sed. And being desperate to be listened to for a (most likely) small and quick fix with nothing working so far makes me a bit desperate too, that's why the boards that are sometimes responded to as well.

Trust me, I am not as stupid as you interprete me.

Yes, I do have their number, I also have the email addresses of a couple people within the program who have helped me to resolve certain things in the past. They are quite helpful, as long as you only contact them when necessary and don't abuse the system like some do (I'm not saying you are as this is a real problem). People wonder why customer service in general is cruddy, well if the average user wouldn't ask dumb questions and overload them it wouldn't be! They prevent you, the real person with a problem, from getting response from a human. Well that's for another thread...

I'm not sure if that's against the TOS to post phone numbers. All I'll say is call the main Amazon Office (easily obtainable thru search) and ask for the associates program phone number, they will be happy to give it to you.

PPCBidder - Thanks!

Experience with many other partners commands not even to try it, useless waste of energy.

I would be positively surprised if A is a tad different in this regard.

Thanks again!

O.K. now, this is really weird:

Yesterday they responded, can't find my login e-amil address (using the same for all countries programs).

I provide the details.

Today I am out of ALL countries as well, is this a ban?

Another big thread about the issue, there are obviously more associates with the same issue:
