Need help about advertising

Is there any sites with large US traffics that allows pop-up or pop-unders (with a reasonable price :) )?
I'm currently looking for this kind of sites that can have my ads pop-up/under.

I'm a little confused about your question. Do you want to sell ad space or buy ads to run on other sites?
