Affiliate programs for Chinese, and Arab audiences

I need affiliate programs for:

What are the best ones for those? The traffics will mainly be global.

Basically if there is anything that will work globally irrelevant of the countries where I promote it'll be great.

For example, I need an affiliates that's suitable for Chinese or Arab audiences. Anyone knows? Anything....

I know some people use adwords network to promote freedom and ideology. Much cheaper than sending F-22 to Iraq, I suppose. However, is there other similar affiliates besides adsense?

I'd say AdSense would be a good place to start, but non-US traffic will probably have an abysmally low CPM.
