Ad Terms Glossary

This keeps coming up, so I'm going to use the charter section of this forum to build an online advertising terms glossary [webmasterworld.com].

I have some definitions "conflict" in 'Gross CPM. Net CPM, and Take Home CPM' --I believe Flycast defines Net CPM the same as what is listed as Take Home CPM?? Will someone pitch in on this and perhaps come up with a standard?

Good idea. I even was reminded of what CPA stood for becase we rarely run into anymore.
