question about casino affiliate programs

I know that in 06 there has been a change in law in reagards to casino programs online, but is anyone still here in USA using any kind of affiliate program. I am not asking which one, as I can search for myslef but I want to know if users can find a way to sign up and deposit money so you can get paid.

There certainly are plenty of players outside of the US, but if your current traffic is all US traffic, then your earnings will definitely not be as it was before the law change.
