New affiliate programs - where can I post notices

I'm new to WebmasterWorld so forgive the newbie question. I'd like to post up a notice about a new affiliate program that's launched.

Where would the best place be to post the notice?

Great exposure can be had by going to and/or sponsoring the conferences [webmasterworld.com]. Huge turnout this time!

I was hoping to make it out to the conference this week - but could not stay out of the office for so long (went to Adtech +++) Will definately be attending/sponsoring the next opportunity.

I'm actually already one of your affiliates. (1235)

but WebmasterWorld is not the place to promote anything - it is a great forum but has very strict rules.

I'm sure as you start posting more you'll see the webmaster who know what they are doing and you'll strike up a dialog with them.
