Almost each big hosting company is having these sort of programs these days , just look at there website only
Commissions ranges from $50-$100 am not into this so dont know how hard it is to convert

No one can tell you specifics (it's someplace in the TOS), but I can advise to research very diligently. Hosting companies are notorious for an outrageous number of reversals.
