I found a few sites that looks like affiliate sites to me and each page has at lease 10 ads like this (example):

Title
Save up, blah-blah-blah!
www.websiteurlhere.com

and the link points to
[pagead2.googlesyndication.com...]
which after click redirects you to an actual site.

What is this? PPC?
How is googlesyndication fits in here?

Thanks!

Those are essentially "Parked Domains", whom the owner chose to use Google Adsense/Syndication to monetize the site from it's traffic. It's jsut targeted PPC links.

AdSense? How can you build these text links and how come you can have 10+ of them on the same page?

I used AdSense a bit and so far I did not see the option to have such links...

It's a google service. GoogleSyndication.com. They provide the whole targeted landing page to use as a page holder for a parked domain.
