Anyone have a list of all the good free affiliate program directories where I can list my affiliate program?

Have you tried dmoz.org? That would be a good place to start :)

You will be MUCH better off letting affiliate announce do it for you. Your listings will be better and get accepted sooner than if you do it yourself. Some diectories take forever, some do not even add listings anymore. But if Neil submits for you they will get accepted. It's only about 79.
