Newbie to Affiliates program

I am newbie to affiliates program and need good links on this forums for newbies (as an affiliate). Does anyone have good links on this forum which would help me to start of with managing the affiliates program?

Great threads are usually put in the library for each forum:

[webmasterworld.com...]

The library link is in the header. Please let me know if anyone sees a great thread missing.
