Finding Pay Per Sale Outsourcing

Hi, I'm new to this, but i have a site that deals all with advertising and some other content like movie reviews and sports and other stuff but i'm having a hard time finding sales reps to sell the advertising, i'm even offering 85% commission for the first month and 35% every month after that , but my question is does anyone have any idea how i can sell the ads or do you know any outsourcing that works and is pay per sale, and on another note does anyone have any fresh ideas for content? any advice would be helpfull

Do you have a large amount of traffic to justify for both someone who sells your ads and someone who would want ot advertise on your site? In large I'm talking about at least 500K of page views per month, which actually isn't that large.

Getting traffic is the first step to getting advertising. Perhaps give some advertising away at first to get a decent pool of advertisers.
