Is there a way to place an ad on each post with a link to buy a book or movie?

I just started a new blog pages a few weeks ago using wordpress. I have adsense and am wanting to make it better. Currently it picks up the strangest words in the text. I mention some antique milk glass tumblers and it displays a whole list of stuff about wine.
Also I have a whole section on books and movies. Is there anything that would let me add an ad to each blog with a link to buy that particular book or movie? this probably wouldn't be adsense

I think you are probably thinking of Amazon. You can become an Amazon associate and place links for a certain product.

You should also research section targeting.
