I am overstocked with a huge number of $3 2005 calendars/planners and need to get rid of them quickly. Any tips on how I can do this would be highly appreciated. The steps I am taking now is:
- offering them free on a website (excluding S&H)
- getting the product listed with amazon, bn, etc.
- overstock auctions and ebay
- getting listings with freebie directories.

Any other tips on getting rid of these in bulk quantities?

Offer them to other web sites in xchange for links.

Thanks longen.

One way I have been thinking of is to offer these to online stores who in turn would offer these calendars to customers as a free add-on with their products. The problem is, how do I find these stores?

If you sell a bunch of products in an online store offering one free with every order could help you get rid of them.

You could also give a bunch away in a competition, in return for both good publicity and visitor information. You can use that kind of thing to find out a little more about your audience, or to capture email addresses.

Worse comes to worse, there is a "liquidation" site that allows sellers to ship entire orders of things, and other businesses look through the site to find these types of bulk deals. Again, it's a "liquidation" *cough.comcough* site.
