How can I create an affiliate system for my eshop?

I'm using zent-cart as my eshop script, I wanna creat an affilate system for it.
I saw a system that looks good and meets my needs, but the problem is I need to pay for it.

Is there any open-source and free affiliate system that i can combine with zent-cart or other shop system.

no, you have to pay for it. If you cannot afford to pay for affiliate software, which is rather cheap, you should not be taking on affiliates. Wait till you actually make money.

Also, are there companies who will pay to my affiliates? I mean company that will count how much should I pay to my affiliate for current month, receive money from me and send these money to all my affiliates by cheque or direct deposit

I would recommend ShareASale.com as the best option for a small site creating an affiliate program. There is a setup fee (I think $250) plus a minimum-deposit of $100 toward commissions.
