What do to with my members

thinking about programs that will pay for leads

Hi there,

I have a web site that has almost 1000 members who are interested in images and free stuff. I am thinking how i can use these members. I know that since they are interested in free stuff there is no way to make decent money but at least there must be some programs that will work for me.

I would appreciate if somebody can give me heads up or recommend some programs.

I have a urban music site with about 1400 members and i've been having real problems converting them into anything useful.. i ended up using ukaffiliates.com for banner adds (contests and free stuff seem to convert ok though slowly).. and selling ringtones via one of the many providers and manage to at least bring in something.. it seems really hard to convert these regular visitors into anything major..

it still feels good to run a successfull site.. sucessful being popularity and value vs a money maker..
