I read the Charter but I'm still not sure if I am allowed to ask for specific program recommendations here. If not, mods please just zap.

I'm looking for a good affiliate program to sell Portuguese food and wine products online, since I get good traffic for these terms and am only monetizing via AdSense at the moment.

Thanks.

Do you want to run your own affiliate program in-house or join an affiliate *network*?

OP looking for a supplier as he gets traffic for these terms, yet doesn't have the inventory to convert these visitors into buyers.

Indeed, want to join a network.

There are a couple of food affiliate programs out there, but none that I can find of note that specialize in Portuguese food.

I'm also contacting local suppliers who don't have affiliate progs, but it's proving difficult.

Check Amazon. There's a pretty good cross section of products, though not sure how you tell if one of its merchants participates in the associate program.

Don't think you'll be able to find a specifically Portuguese wine affiliate program, but there are a couple of fairly reputable shops with programs.

One way I've found to suss out affiliate programs is to search for [term +network], say [wine +linkshare]. (It doesn't work too well for CJ, just too many businesses and people with those initials, so you have to tack on "affiliate".)
